Workout: Natural Movement
Pinnacle Gulch - Low tide hike to Estero Americano.
With Paul & Cheryl Grammen's group

The Trailhead.
A one mile hike brings you here.
Pinnacle Rock with Bodega Head in the background.
Heading down the beach.
Low tide exposed mussels.
Up and over the first outcropping.
Stars! Lots of them.
Nearing Estero Americano.
At the Estero. Tomales Point in the distance.
